Textron Aviation provides a unique opportunity to recent graduates interested in sales with our Sales Development Program. During the 12-month program, selected applicants rotate through various business and customer service operations within the company, receiving immersive training in technical marketing, negotiating, collaboration and soft skills. Upon completion, employees are equipped with the tools required for success in their permanent field-based roles.

How does the program work?

Selected applicants will start at our facility in Wichita, Kansas, with a broad, rotational 12-month training program spanning all areas of sales and marketing along with sessions focused on our diverse product line.
